Acceptance of Cardinal Yacht Sales Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of www.cardinalyachtsales.com (“Site”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Site.
Credit card details
As part of the checkout and payment process for online orders, Cardinal Yacht Sales will ask you for your credit card information. Your connection to the site is protected using the latest encryption technology. Cardinal Yacht Sales does not keep your complete credit card information on the Site. The credit card information is handled by Authorize.net. More information about how your credit card details are handled can be found at Authorize.net.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. Gift cards that are part of the purchase are not included in the free shipping calculation. Shipping is free for gift cards.
Returns & Exchanges
Cardinal Yacht Sales will work with customers to replace broken or defective products. Customers may submit a request through the Contact Form.
If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt if the returned goods are in unused condition with all original packaging.
Once your return has been received and approved as being in acceptable condition, please allow up to 5 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
- Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
- Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Change of Use
Cardinal Yacht Sales reserves the right to:
(a) change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Site or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Cardinal Yacht Sales shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
(b) change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Site following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Cardinal Yacht Sales Site may include links to third party Sites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other Sites is not an endorsement of such Sites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

(a) All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Site and its content (including without limitation the Site design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Site) are owned by or licensed to Cardinal Yacht Sales or otherwise used by Cardinal Yacht Sales as permitted by law.

None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

If you would like to receive messages from Cardinal Yacht Sales again, just sign up as you did the first time and Cardinal Yacht Sales will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
